So I may have been a little bit late to the “Summer Body” party but there is no better time to start than now. I am a consistent (enough) gym goer by anyone’s standards but recently with this move in the works, I have cancelled my gym membership and have set my sights on something …well a little less my style. I’ve always wanted to workout with a consistent partner but people have lives, and their own schedules which makes this extremely hard. Melissa and I were pretty good with motivating each other but it always seemed like life got in the way. So the only clear way I to make a change in my fitness life is to involve my significant other and get out of my comfort zone. Yes, I should have done this a lot sooner, but now is better than never.
As soon as we started the workout I told him that I wanted to quit. Ha…that is never a good sign. But his strict and oddly motivating personality surprisingly got my head back in the game and ready to commit to a long-term workout plan. Naturally I like a planned workout so from now on I will have one drawn up to match a well structured meal plan. We all have different motivations, and now I am ready to conquer this everlasting feat.
I like to surround myself with positive people, so here is a bunch of different motivational people to follow on our favorite platform, Instagram. Keep up with my progress on my Insta @BreeaKelly
